Smart Money Convergence

VRA does not currently have enough recent insider (Form 4) trading activity to compute a convergence signal against its 13F institutional flows.

13F data as of 2026-06-30 quarterly filings. Note: many large institutions file close to the 45-day post-quarter deadline, so early-quarter flow figures can shift substantially as more filings arrive.

On July 24, 2026, Vera Bradley entered into severance agreements with its COO/CFO Martin Layding and Chief Brand Officer Melinda Paraie. If fired without cause or if they resign for “good reason,” each would get 12 months of base salary in a lump sum, any unpaid bonus, a prorated bonus for the current year, up to 12 months of COBRA health insurance, and accelerated vesting of certain restricted stock units. An extra six months of salary kicks in if the termination happens within six months before or 24 months after a change in control.
