Notable Holders

UNIT ranks #2220 out of 37503 tracked stocks by institutional interest — one of the most closely watched names in our coverage.

Lsv Asset Management has trimmed its UNIT position for two straight quarters, cutting it by $14.4M while still holding $3.6M.

Smart Money Convergence

UNIT does not currently have enough recent insider (Form 4) trading activity to compute a convergence signal against its 13F institutional flows.

13F data as of 2026-06-30 quarterly filings. Note: many large institutions file close to the 45-day post-quarter deadline, so early-quarter flow figures can shift substantially as more filings arrive.

The purchase limit was increased from $332.2 million to $480.2 million across the 4.750% notes due 2028 and the 7.500% notes due 2033. Uniti Group's indirect subsidiary completed a $1.1 billion private offering of secured fiber network revenue term notes. The company plans to use $500 million of the net proceeds to repay senior secured debt, with the remainder earmarked for reinvestment and growth capex. Separately, a subsidiary issued a prepayment notice for up to $167.8 million of its term loan and launched asset sale offers to buy back up to $332.2 million of its 2028 and 2033 senior secured notes. The buyback amount could increase if some term loan lenders decline the prepayment.
