Smart Money Convergence

TFX does not currently have enough recent insider (Form 4) trading activity to compute a convergence signal against its 13F institutional flows.

13F data as of 2026-06-30 quarterly filings. Note: many large institutions file close to the 45-day post-quarter deadline, so early-quarter flow figures can shift substantially as more filings arrive.

Teleflex (TFX) announced on Aug 7 that it entered into an accelerated share repurchase (ASR) agreement with Truist Bank to buy back $250 million of its common stock, under the previously announced $1 billion buyback program. On Aug 10, it will pay the full amount and receive an initial delivery of shares equal to 80% of the repurchase price, based on the Aug 6 closing price. The final number of shares repurchased will be based on the volume-weighted average price over the term of the ASR, minus a discount and subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to settle in Q4 2026, and will be funded with proceeds from the sale of its OEM and Development Services business.
