Roper Technologies filed an 8-K to announce an upcoming blackout period on two of its 401(k) retirement savings plans, as it moves recordkeeping services from Vanguard to Fidelity, effective October 2, 2026. The blackout is expected to run from 4:00 p.m. ET on September 25, 2026 through the week of October 18, 2026. During that window, participants won't be able to change investment elections, move money between funds, take loans or distributions, or trade company stock held inside the plans. The company also notified its directors and executive officers that they'll be barred from buying or selling Roper stock acquired through their roles during the blackout, per SEC rules.
