Qnity Electronics (ticker Q) has named Ken Rizvi as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. He replaces Michael Goss, who has been serving as interim CFO and will move into a role as VP of Finance & Controllership and Principal Accounting Officer. Rizvi, 51, comes with a deep semiconductor finance résumé — most recently CFO at Synaptics, with earlier CFO stints at Penguin Solutions, UTAC Holdings, and Isola Group, plus senior roles at Micron and ON Semiconductor. His package includes a $600,000 base salary, a target bonus of 90% of salary, a $10 million equity buyout award (60% RSUs, 40% PSUs) to make up for equity he forfeited at his previous employer, and a $5.5 million long-term incentive award for 2026.
