Smart Money Convergence

MKTX does not currently have enough recent insider (Form 4) trading activity to compute a convergence signal against its 13F institutional flows.

13F data as of 2026-06-30 quarterly filings. Note: many large institutions file close to the 45-day post-quarter deadline, so early-quarter flow figures can shift substantially as more filings arrive.

MarketAxess, the electronic fixed-income trading platform, has agreed to be acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in an all-cash deal. Under the merger agreement signed July 29, 2026, ICE's merger subsidiary will fold into MarketAxess, leaving MarketAxess as a wholly owned ICE subsidiary. Each outstanding MarketAxess share (except certain excluded shares) will be converted into the right to receive $167.00 in cash. The board unanimously approved the deal and recommends stockholders vote for it; outstanding options and restricted stock units will generally be converted into ICE equity or cashed out on the terms described in the filing.
