LiqTech International (ticker: LIQT) got a warning from Nasdaq on July 21 because its stock closed below $1 for 30 straight trading days, breaking the minimum bid price rule. The company now has 180 days – until January 19, 2027 – to get the share price back above $1 for at least 10 days in a row, or it could get delisted. LiqTech says it's looking at ways to fix this.
