loanDepot (NYSE: LDI), the mortgage lender, received a written notice from the New York Stock Exchange on August 21, 2026, after its Class A common stock averaged less than $1.00 per share over 30 consecutive trading days — a breach of the NYSE's continued listing standard. The notice has no immediate effect on the stock's listing, and the company has six months to get back in compliance: if the stock closes at $1.00 or higher on the last trading day of any calendar month, with the 30-day average also at or above $1.00, the deficiency is cured. If it can't get there in time, the NYSE will move to suspend and delist the shares. loanDepot says it will notify the exchange within 10 business days that it intends to fix the problem.
