Smart Money Convergence

JOB does not currently have enough recent insider (Form 4) trading activity to compute a convergence signal against its 13F institutional flows.

13F data as of 2026-06-30 quarterly filings. Note: many large institutions file close to the 45-day post-quarter deadline, so early-quarter flow figures can shift substantially as more filings arrive.

GEE Group Inc. (NYSE American: JOB) signed a cooperation agreement with activist investor Star Equity Fund on August 21, 2026. In exchange for Star withdrawing its plan to nominate a director candidate and submit a proposal at this year's annual meeting — and stopping all related solicitation activity — GEE Group agreed to declassify its board, moving to annual elections with one-year terms for all directors. Star also agreed to customary standstill terms: capping its stake at 7.5% of shares outstanding, generally voting in line with board recommendations, and mutual non-disparagement. The deal runs until roughly the lead-up to the 2027 annual meeting.
