Exelon Corporation announced a broad reshuffle of senior leadership on August 25, 2026. Michael Innocenzo — who serves as Exelon's COO, PECO's President and CEO, and ComEd's Board Chair — will depart sometime in 2027 on a date yet to be set, staying in his roles until then to help ensure a smooth handover. Starting October 5, 2026, Jeanne Jones adds corporate strategy to her portfolio as EVP of Finance and Strategy, Robert Kleczynski becomes CFO (with a $650,000 base salary, a 90% annual bonus target, and a $1.765 million long-term incentive award), and Caroline Fulginiti steps up as Controller. At the utility level, Andrew Plenge will replace Joshua Levin as ComEd's CFO and Treasurer on January 1, 2027, when Levin shifts into an SVP of Finance role at the parent company.
