Certara hosted its Q2 2026 earnings call and posted the supporting presentation on Aug. 4, but mangled one detail. Both the call and the slides said the recently divested Regulatory and Medical Writing business generated roughly $17 million of adjusted EBITDA in 2025 "excluding unallocated overhead costs." The company says that should have read "including" those costs. It has posted a corrected deck, and explains that the business's 2025 adjusted EBITDA comes to about $23 million before the unallocated corporate costs that will remain with Certara. The company stresses the correction doesn't alter any previously reported results or its 2026 outlook.
