On July 22, 2026, TransDigm Group (ticker: TDG) appointed Irina Krasik to its board of directors, effective immediately. Krasik is a Managing Director at Stellex Capital Management and previously held investment roles at Bregal Investments, The Wicks Group, The Carlyle Group, and Merrill Lynch. She has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and brings extensive M&A and corporate governance experience. She has not been assigned to any board committees and will receive standard non-employee director compensation.

TransDigm Group announced that it is withdrawing from its proposed acquisition of Stellant Systems, Inc. from Arlington Capital Partners. The company decided that continuing through regulatory review was no longer in the best interests of its shareholders, citing uncertainty, time constraints, and the opportunity to focus on other strategic acquisitions. Following TransDigm's withdrawal of its regulatory filing, the seller terminated the agreement. TransDigm says it remains committed to its disciplined acquisition strategy.
