International Stem Cell Corp (ISCO) has agreed to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Lifeline Cell Technology to the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) for a base purchase price of $25 million, subject to adjustments for working capital and other items. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026. Lifeline Cell Technology develops and sells biological materials for scientific research, including primary human cells, stem cells, and cell culture media.
