Oportun Financial Corporation, through its subsidiary Oportun Inc., entered a program management agreement with Column National Association to launch a new unsecured personal loan program. Column will originate the loans, while Oportun provides marketing, application processing, fraud prevention, servicing, and administrative services, subject to Column's oversight. Oportun can also purchase loans originated by Column under certain conditions. The agreement includes exclusivity provisions for certain loan products, has an initial term of four years, and renews automatically.
